These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hockey Watch and Football Watch apps for Apple Watch (the "Apps"), provided by selfgui.de ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for officiating matches, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Free use & Pro subscription

The Apps are free to download and use, including all features needed to track a single match (score, cards and time).
Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that lets you undo scores and reset the game, so you can reuse the app for multiple matches. It costs €9.99 / $9.99 per year [confirm price per region].
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

3. The Apps are a refereeing aid

The Apps help you keep track of the score, cards and time, but you remain solely responsible for your decisions as a referee. We do not guarantee that the Apps are free from errors or interruptions, and they should not be your only record where an official one is required.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the Apps.
Do not use the Apps in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps and their design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Sport, league and team names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / Belgium], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
