This Privacy Policy explains how the Hockey Watch and Football Watch apps for Apple Watch (the "Apps"), provided by selfgui.de ("we", "us"), handle information when you use them.

1. Our privacy-first approach

The Apps are built to keep refereeing simple and private. They do not require an account, and your match data (scores, cards, timings) is stored on your device. We do not run a server that collects your match data.

2. Information handled

Match & preference data — scores, cards, timers and settings you create, stored locally on your Apple Watch and paired iPhone.
Diagnostic data — anonymous, aggregated crash and performance data, if you have enabled sharing in iOS. This helps us fix bugs. [Adjust if you use a specific analytics provider.]
Support messages — if you email us, we receive the address and content you send.

3. Subscriptions & payments

The Apps are free to use. An optional yearly subscription ("Premium") unlocks the ability to undo scores and reset the game, so you can reuse the app match after match. All purchases and renewals are processed by Apple via the App Store; we never see or store your payment details. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings, subject to Apple's terms.

4. Third-party services

Apple — the App Store and StoreKit handle downloads, subscriptions and (if enabled) diagnostics, under Apple's Privacy Policy.

The Apps do not display third-party advertising.

5. Data retention

Match and preference data remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the Apps. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

6. Children's privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (such as support emails). To make a request, contact us below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
